Karol is the Head Krav Maga & Tactical Shooting Instructor and brings over 20 years of martial arts and self-defense experience. His background includes Kapap, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), combined with personal safety instruction and (where applicable) tactical shooting fundamentals. This makes his coaching practical, structured, and focused on real-world application.
